Footbeats.com respects the privacy of all of our customers. We do not now, and will not ever, publish, sell, or otherwise distribute any personal information, including email addresses, of any of our customers, except as required by law.

 

From time to time we do email existing customers with information regarding special offers. All customers may choose to opt out of the receipt of such email notifications should they not wish to receive them.

 

 

Returns and exchanges

·        Despite the best efforts of everyone involved, occasionally it is necessary to return a purchase. We want to strive to make every customer satisfied with their purchase. Perhaps the estimated fitting was not correct, or (very rarely) the product was defective.

·        Footbeats.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a thirty day return policy, subject to the following conditions:

·        Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same size and style.

·        All other footwear for exchange or credit must be unworn and in re-saleable condition.

·        Footwear should be in its original factory packaging, which in turn should be shipped back in the same corrugated carton (or equivalent) in which it was sent. This double packaging provides additional protection of the contents. Damaged product from poor packaging may incur a $5 re-packing fee: There is no repackaging fee if the outer corrugated carton only is damaged.

·        Additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the original error is ours.

·        All sale items are final sales, and hence eligible only for size exchange, assuming it is available. If a suitable size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be given.

     In addition, for defective merchandise only, a defective merchandise authorization will be required for all defective returns. Please email us at service@footbeats.com to obtain a defective merchandise authorization code.

Thirty days” is defined as follows:

·        Day 1 is the date of delivery to your designated address.

·        Day 30 is the final date for postmarking or courier pick-up.

This policy gives our customers a full thirty days without worrying about the time required for delivery in either direction.

“Unworn”

Shoes will still be deemed “unworn” if they have been tried on and briefly worn indoors for fitting purposes only. They must not show any signs of wear. Dirty soles or uppers will not be considered “unworn”.

Defective merchandise definition: Merchandise is deemed defective by the manufacturer when the defect or flaw in the footwear occurred during its production. We cannot be responsible for footwear that is worn and then deemed to not fit. Please try all shoes on in the house prior to wearing the first time. Footwear that may cause blisters or other discomfort while breaking in is not considered defective merchandise. We retain the right to review each defective purchase and determine if the product is truly defective. In any event, no merchandise will be looked at as defective after 45 days.
