Footbeats ships anywhere in the United States, as well as military APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping is free over $40 purchase. Purchases $39.99 and less are a flat rate of $6.50.

If you need expedited shipping please contact us for pricing so we make sure the order gets out as quickly as possible.

At Footbeats, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have questions about making a return once received please refer to our return policy or contact Customer Service at footbeatssbc@gmail.com
Return Policy
We want to make returns easy for you so if the shoes are unworn, just send them back with the receipt and we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days.
Please note that Sale items cannot be returned with out prior consent.

We are always happy to exchange your purchase for you. Let us know what you would like and we will get it out to you asap.

If the shoes are not wearing to your satisfaction within 45 days of purchase, please contact us and we will replace the item for you with the same or similar based on the specific issue. We do reserve the right to inspect the shoes to determine if it is a wear or manufacturer defect. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise.

All returns must be packed in the original polybag or carton, based on the number of pairs returned, but must be packed in a suitable carton (not oversized) that fits the returned shoes properly. additionally, the return package must contain only the shoes that are being returned. Following these guidelines will ensure there are no delays in your refund request.

You will be credited the price you have paid for the merchandise less and credits, coupons or frequent buyer discounts. Return freight is the customers responsibility.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Footbeats will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 5 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
